At CushionBuddy, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We understand that sometimes a return or refund may be requested, and we aim to handle each request fairly while maintaining strict quality and hygiene standards.

Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return or refund request.


30-Day Return & Refund Window

We offer a 30-day return and refund window starting from the date your order is delivered.

Requests submitted after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in original packaging

  • The product must show no signs of wear, damage, misuse, or alteration

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

For hygiene and safety reasons, products that show visible signs of use may not be eligible for a full refund.


Refund Evaluation Process

All returns are individually inspected upon arrival.

Depending on the condition of the returned product, CushionBuddy reserves the right to issue:

  • A full refund

  • A partial refund

  • No refund

This determination is made based on:

  • Product condition upon return

  • Signs of use or damage

  • Packaging condition

  • Compliance with this policy

Refund decisions are final once the inspection is complete.


Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in the following situations (but not limited to):

  • Items returned with minor signs of use

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Items returned with cosmetic wear that does not affect functionality

In such cases, a restocking and handling fee may be deducted from the refund amount.


Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items returned after the 30-day window

  • Items that have been heavily used or damaged

  • Items returned without prior authorization

  • Clearance or final-sale items (if applicable)


Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

  • CushionBuddy is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence.
We will assess the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.
